Your Ultimate Structures Inc. specializes in erecting Pre-Engineered:
- Steel Structures.
- Fabric Structures.
- Steel/Wood Structures.
We also offer our customers maintenance, repairs, and general contracting services.
Construction Labourer Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry.
- Install steel and wood framed structures.
- Assist with construction site preparation and cleanup.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools as directed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Record daily logs of duties and progress photos to construction management software.
We are seeking individuals with previous experience in construction or a related field who are familiar with hand and power tools. A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential for success in this role. Work Conditions: Travel to various sites/locations required. Indoor/outdoor various weather conditions.
Education
Experience Required
- Must have previous construction experience, preferably framing and/or erecting structures.
- Strong familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working from heights.
- Knowledge of operating heavy equipment is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license (minimum G2) and reliable transportation to work.
