Job Description
Open Availability Crew Member (20-25 hrs/week right now plus more if you pick up shifts but it could lead to 30-40 hours/wk): potential shifts could be 10:30-7pm, 9am-1pm, or 1-10pm, 5-10 or 11pm. You have to be available for the majority of these shifts. Not looking for someone who can only work 9-1. Must be able to work most Saturdays. (Can request days off, of course)
We recently hired a couple of students, we need daytime availability for these positions.
Looking for caring crew members who can work with a team, can provide excellent customer service. We are an award-winning Little Caesars who want to give our guests the best! We expect the best but we give our best too. We want to be upfront that we have a young but mighty crew. If you are 25+ be prepared to be the oldest but know this crew knows what they are doing and we are proud of them!
We have a fun, fast-paced environment, you’re never bored! You'll learn all stations. But you have to be able to work well under pressure when it gets busy during dinner.
Compensation commensurate with experience. This means if you are more mature and have experience, you can be paid more.
Two free pizzas to take home every week and lunch once/week on long shift.
We are a family-based business. My husband and I both work in the store. We give back to the community and we try to be a place where you can be proud to work. We have a great team and have a lot of fun! But we are a fast-paced environment and you need to be able to able to handle that. Please do not apply if you can't handle pressure. It's not busy all day but there are rushes. Not every job is for everyone. You may be meant to shine somewhere else!
