POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Nutritional Services, helps prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with the resident's diet requirements at meal times, sets and clears dining rooms, is responsible for the washing of all dishes, silverware, pots and pans, the preparation of vegetables and assisting with serving in dining rooms. Performs all duties in accordance with the organizations mission, vision and value statements.
Education
Experience Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to understand both written and verbal communication, good interpersonal skills, and skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Food Service Worker certificate is an asset. Will consider experience in institutional healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality settings. Must have current Food Handler certificate.
