Job Description
We are growing!
We need reception/administrative help in both our Woodstock and Tillsonburg offices. These are both part time, potentially leading to full time positions.
You will be helping to be the face of our organization so an orderly appearance, a professional phone voice and a pleasant manner are a must.
We also need you to be an organizer. You will be helping to coordinate workflow through our offices as we take in corporate year end and personal tax files during our busy season.
You will be assembling files, scanning documents and organizing information to make life easier for our staff accountants.
The work hours will be somewhat flexible, in the off season 20 hours a week will work fine. During the busiest part of our tax season, March 1 to May 1, we need you full time.
There is potential for bookkeeping work in the future depending on your experience and interest.
Education
Experience Required
A high comfort level on computers, including booking appointments on google calendars as well as Word and excel. Caseware and caseview experience helpful but not required.
