Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, restoring, and renovating structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. The Brick Mason Foreman will work both independently and as part of a team to oversee and deliver high-quality craftsmanship on various projects.

Duties

• Construct walls, arches, and other structures using bricks and blocks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools for precise masonry work, including cutting and shaping materials.
• Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged masonry.
• Caulk joints and seams to ensure durability and weather resistance.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to over see and direct labourers
• Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, hand tools, power tools, and masonry techniques.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
• Experience in building, restoring, or renovating structures is highly desirable.
• G Driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
