Woodingford Lodge is recruiting for a Housekeeping Laundry Aide
COMPETITION NUMBER: 2025-206
LOCATIONS: Woodingford Lodge: Woodstock, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg (All 3 sites)
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Temporary Part-Time (minimum 24 hours biweekly; approx. 12-18 months)
UNION AFFLIATION: UNIFOR
WAGE RANGE: $30.19 per hour to start (this hourly rate includes 14% in lieu of benefits)

MAIN DUTIES:
Cleans bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and social service areas on a routine basis, using a variety of cleaning methods and equipment; sorts, washes, dries, irons, presses and identifies all linen and resident clothing; porter residents to the dining room for their meals; assists residents at meal time, inclusive of feeding.
Education
Experience Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 10 education
- Ability to understand both written and oral instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Able to travel to all 3 locations
