LOCATION: Woodingford Lodge – Woodstock, Tillsonburg & Ingersoll (All 3 sites)
STATUS: Permanent Part-Time (minimum 24 hours biweekly)
UNION AFFLIATION: UNIFOR
WAGE RANGE: $34.58/hr (this hourly rate includes 14% in lieu of benefits – 2025 start rate)

MAIN DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Resident Programs & Staff Education, develops implements and assesses therapeutic, recreational and physical programs to meet the needs of individual residents.
Education
Experience Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A post-secondary diploma in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology or other related field from a community college.
- Current certification in both C.P.R. and Standard First Aid
- Food Handler certificate
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal compassionately with the elderly
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with insurance is required
