Job Description
McClay’s Transportation Ltd. is looking to fill a position of Office Administration/Data Collection and Analysis/Customer Service Representative in the Ingersoll, Ontario location. The position is permanent and full-time.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to collect, understand and quantify information provided by drivers in order to calculate driver payments. Must be able to use Google maps, GPS Tracking systems, and utilize Excel spread sheets for data entry and reconciliation purposes.
This Position Involves:
- Professionally receive and respond to requests from customers and drivers.
- Create, communicate, schedule and follow up on tasks.
- Schedule work based on priority, customer needs and efficiency.
- Data Entry experience
- Reviewing employee time sheets and auditing would be an asset
Education
Experience Required
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Previous dispatch experience required with 2 – 3 years preferred.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills are necessary.
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy in quality of work.
- Must be able to use computer applications such as: E-mail, Microsoft Excel, Word Processing, Internet Applications
