We are seeking a Bulk Tank Milk Grader/Driver (AZ Driver) for local and rural milk pick-up and delivery across Oxford, Perth, Huron, and Waterloo counties, as well as some areas in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Note: Candidates must have at least 3 years of commercial driving experience and an AZ driving license, with a preferred location in the Woodstock or Kitchener area and in-person work is required.
Key Responsibilities of the Bulk Tank Milk Grader/Driver:
- Measure, grade, and transport raw dairy milk, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with Dairy Farms of Ontario guidelines.
- Safely operate vehicles and equipment, maintain cleanliness, and report any incidents.
- Adhere to a weekly/monthly driving schedule with the understanding that milk pick-ups occur 365 days a year.
- Share truck duties with two other drivers; routes subject to change, based on needs of the business.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Interactions with dispatch, farm producers, processing plant receivers, other drivers, maintenance department, office staff.
Education
Experience Required
Physical Demands Overview:
- Frequent lifting and lowering of hoses weighing 40-50 lbs.
- Climbing in and out of the truck and on top of trailers multiple times daily.
- Performing pre-trip inspections, including walking, bending, and lifting.
Qualifications:
- A valid AZ driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- Strong driving record and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Experience in handling diverse driving conditions and vehicle types.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates may be required to provide documentation that supports their driving experience and qualifications during the interview process. This may include but is not limited to:
- Driving abstracts or records
- Letters of experience from previous insurers
