Job Description

Cobble Hills Golf Course is currently hiring an individual to join our Turf Maintenance Team in the position of Turf Mower Operator for our 2025 season.

Core Responsibilities:

General course maintenance duties include, but not limited to, the operation of a rough mower, utility vehicles and related equipment
Other light duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday), possibly weekends if needed

Expected Hours: 30-40 per week (weather depending)

Start Date: Approx. April 15, 2025

Experience Required

Requirements:

Must be punctual
Able to work early morning shifts (5am starts during summer months), weekends, holidays, when required
Able to complete assigned tasks and work unsupervised
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to work within a team environment
Knowledge of and appreciation for the game of golf is an asset
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Previous golf course or landscaping experience are beneficial, but not necessary
CSA approved safety shoes/boots
Mechanical understanding is beneficial, but not necessary
Must be able to work from April 2025 to October 2025

Wage Details

$17.5 per hour
