Job Description
Miss Ingersoll is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience. Must be available between the hours of 8:00am to 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
- Prepare food and beverages as needed
- Ensure that all food is served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner
- Bus tables and clean dining area as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
Skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Guest relations experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to sanitize surfaces according to health department standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
