Job Description
Our manufacturing facility in Tillsonburg, ON delivers safety critical steering linkage and suspension components to many of the worlds best automotive manufacturers. Ford and Mercedes Benz are our largest customers, with Stellantis business recently brought to the facility.

Education
Experience Required
•
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
•
Ability to operate machinery and tools safely
•
Strong attention to detail and quality control
•
Basic understanding of production processes and workflows
•
Teamwork and communication skills
•
Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required
Assemble and machine products according to specifications and quality standards.
•
Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
•
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
•
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
•
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
