Job Description
The Machine Operator plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring raw materials are properly loaded into machines and that finished parts meet all quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operates machinery/equipment by loading single or multiple parts.
- Attention to detail on gauging required of your completed parts.
- Troubleshoot equipment/tooling within scope of responsibility.
- Flexible and open to assignments to provide support to other areas as required
- Support and train workers in machine specific training as required
- Ensure WIP meets all standards
- Perform visual inspection and document all quality aspects
- Operate basic computer functions including software and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
Experience Required
- Frequent lifting, bending, standing and walking.
- Ability to work in physically demanding and sometimes strenuous conditions.
- Able to follow instructions and work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
