Job Description
Type of Trucking: Agile Transportation is an LTL carrier servicing Southwestern Ontario since 1999, with multiple vehicles running daily London through the GTA. Our fleet consists of modern, well-maintained vehicles. Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, home daily.
Location: Based out of Woodstock, On.
Job Duties: Agile is looking for an experienced professional DZ Class driver, to support its commercial fleet of straight trucks ranging from 24' to 30', single axle and tandem. Driver must hold a valid DZ Class license with a clean CVOR and drivers abstract. Driver must have a minimum of 3 years current commercial driving experience in an LTL freight environment. Perform daily pre and post trips with a good understanding of the MTO regulations and familiar with daily ELD logs. Driver needs to be physically fit and comfortable using a pump cart along with a good knowledge of secure load procedures. Familiar and comfortable driving in the GTA area is an asset. Comfortable with flexible start times and excellent customer service skills.
Type of Equipment: Straight Trucks up to 30’ box tandem, tailgate and pump truck. Proficient with the use of GPS and handheld devices.
Education
Experience Required
3-5 years minimum current driving experience is a must.
