Job Description
We are looking for a full-time technician capable of working with SunovaWorX staff, dealers, and customers to configure systems ahead of shipping equipment as well as to diagnose and resolve issues on existing equipment. Someone with a background in electronics, information technology, or computer systems would be an excellent candidate for this position. We are interested in a candidate who is:
* detail-oriented
* able to communicate effectively over telephone, email and instant messaging
* an effective trouble-shooter of electronic systems
* experienced reading technical drawings and electrical schematics
* capable of accurately documenting work on a computer using tools like a word processor or spreadsheet
* comfortable using a command-line interface on both Windows and Linux systems
Education
Experience Required
While not required, excellent candidates will also have:
* familiarity with agricultural equipment
* experience with a multimeter and/or oscilloscope
* some experience with mechanical systems
* familiarity with a programming language
* knowledge of source control tools like git
* some French, Dutch, or German language ability
