Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Laborer will engage in a variety of manual labor tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of work sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Contract length: 5 months
Expected hours: 8 – 44 per week
Education
Experience Required
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
