As a Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience—from preparing fresh, high-quality food to keeping our store running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service
Accurately take orders and process transactions
Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items following company standards
Make dough, perform sheet-outs, and prep food items from scratch
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, lobby, and storage areas
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager
Education
Experience Required
Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate is an asset
- Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service environment is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and focused on customer satisfaction
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
