Enrolment Specialist

Location: Woodstock, ON (in-person with some flexibility)

Type: Part-Time to Full-Time

Are you a skilled and self-motivated salesperson looking for meaningful work that truly impacts families and children? The Learning Hive is looking for a confident, experienced Sales Representative to help grow our tutoring, homeschool enrichment, preschool prep, and elective programs.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong sales experience and is ready to dive in, learn our programs, and begin connecting families with the services that best fit their needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and convert inquiries into program registrations
• Proactively seek out new opportunities for enrollment and partnerships
• Build strong relationships with families, community groups, and schools
• Work closely with our leadership and admin teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients
• Track leads, follow-ups, and progress toward growth goals

About The Learning Hive

We are an education centre in Woodstock focused on individualized support, structured literacy, and evidence-based instruction. We work with children from preschool through high school, offering tutoring, enrichment, and elective programming that meets kids where they are.

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

• Experienced in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• A natural connector with excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
