Job Description
Current address is 46 Sinclair Blvd, Brantford, ON N3S 7Y1, Canada
We are moving to 100 Newman St, Ingersoll, ON N5C 3J8, Canada
The target start date in Ingersoll is October 1, 2025, with 4-6 weeks of training in Brantford.
Pay is weekly every Friday.
Operates forklift machinery to lift, load, or move material as directed.
Principle Responsibilities
- Performs daily safety inspection of forklift before operating to ensure safety.
- Takes proper safety and precautionary measures when operating machinery.
- Supports essential logistic operations through storage and transportation.
- Notifies technicians in advance when forklifts are in need of service.
- Comply with all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
Education
Experience Required
Competencies
- Clean driving record
- Manual dexterity
- Diligent use of personal protective equipment
Education/Experience:
- Performs work under direct supervision with a basic understanding of equipment.
- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Typically requires a high school diploma, fork lift certificate, and 0 to 2 years of experience.
