Job Description

Upper Thames Brewing Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join their dynamic team! they are seeking someone with full availability looking for full-time hours who is passionate about craft beer, thrives in a social, fast-paced environment, and wants to be a key part of our their taproom experience.

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
Pouring and serving beer accurately and responsibly
Educating guests on our beers and brewery story
Maintaining a clean and organized bar/service area
Operating the POS system and handling cash
Assisting with brewery events and private functions

Education

Not Applicable

Experience Required

A positive, outgoing personality with a love for craft beer and hospitality
Previous bartending or serving experience (Smart Serve certified is required)
A reliable team player who can also work independently
Strong multitasking and organizational skills during busy service periods
Willingness to learn about our beers and represent our brand with pride
