Job Description
W-S Feed & Supplies Ltd. is an independently owned and operated company. As an industry leading manufacturer of livestock feed, the company is strongly committed to its values of quality and service. We offer our customers a wide variety of feeds in the Dairy, Beef, Swine and Poultry species. Manufacturing divisions within the company include Mount Forest and the head office located in Tavistock.
We are currently hiring for the following position at our Tavistock location: Production Worker (Afternoon Shift)
This position will be responsible for gathering and weighing bagged feed ingredients, additives and medications. Accurate record keeping, completion of daily production reports and cleaning work area will be required.
This shift time is from 2 pm to 10 pm and weekend shifts will be required.
Education
Experience Required
Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, able to lift 25 kgs, and work as a team.
Must be able to understand and follow direction and have excellent communications skills.
Feed manufacturing or agricultural experience is preferred.
