Woodingford Lodge is recruiting for a Support Services Clerk

STATUS: Permanent Part-Time (minimum 21 hours weekly)
UNION AFFLIATION: Non-Union
WAGE RANGE: $27.78 – $34.73 per hour

MAIN DUTIES:
Working in the main office of the County’s Long Term Care homes, this position provides general knowledge and clerical support to various departments, residents and community members within the homes.
Education
Experience Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Grade 12 education. Post-secondary education in the field of office administration would be considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe and database management.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment, such as scanner, fax machine, and photocopier. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve positive outcomes.
- Current valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. Current satisfactory criminal reference check.
