We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills an ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Greet and welcome visitors.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the steel market.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Valid G driver's license and own transportation is required.
