Job Description

Job Summary 

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled labourer to assist with a short-term renovation project in an office environment. The work will involve general labour tasks such as light demolition, painting, installation support, and cleanup.

Responsibility 

  • Perform minor renovation tasks.
  • Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and materials as directed.
  • Clean and tidy the work area, removing debris, dust, and construction materials.
  • Conduct basic repairs or adjustments as needed under supervisor direction.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.

Education

GED

Experience Required

Academic/Educational Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred  

Required Skills/Experience  

  • Previous experience in light construction, renovation, or general labour preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Proficiency in using measuring tools.  

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs with the assistance of a lifting device.  

  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.  

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
