Job Description

WRC Purifying Ltd. was originally established in 1966, to meet the water treatment needs of Southwestern Ontario. We have continued to grow, with over 50 years’ experience, offering our customers high quality service in agriculture, commercial and residential. Our services extend over such areas as water treatment solutions, pumps, water testing, maintenance and well drilling. Today, the business remains family owned and operated, and is located in Norwich, Ontario.

We are looking for a SECRETARY & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Let me tell you about the role:

We work fast paced, but not at the expense of quality.
You are the hub of the office. Your role will be responsible to greet customers at the front counter, ensuring exceptional service with every transaction. You are the main point of contact for incoming phone calls, create work orders based on customer requests (ensuring to obtain full details of their situation, which allows the team to dispatch the work to the correct skilled technician). You will assist walk-in customers for parts orders and payments over the phone & in-person (via credit cards, debit and cash) and process to the applicable invoices. You will be responsible to complete ministry required forms and invoice for drilling, updating, and abandoning new wells.

You will plan/schedule the deliveries and complete/ship out water samples to the required testing locations via courier. You are the main office contact for the Managers to complete work order requests, calling and scheduling customers appointments as needed and will run our auto-email process for invoices each day, mailing those needed. You will also complete various administrating tasks as required.

Must have a positive attitude, which great listening skills
Must be able to multi-task with great attention to detail
Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must provide and pass a criminal background check

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
