Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This position involves food preparation, cooking, serving customers, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has strong math skills, great customer service, and can work well in a fast-paced setting.  Must be able to work all shifts, days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards

Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt, friendly manner

Handle cash, process payments, and balance the till accurately

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, serving area, and dining spaces

Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels

Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures

Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience Required

Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset

Strong math skills and accuracy with cash handling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Smart Serve Required

Food Handler Certificate Preferred or willing to attain
