About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, adaptable Logistics Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation administration who enjoys working in a busy and evolving environment.

You will help manage customs paperwork, create daily routes for driver pickups, assist with dispatch coordination for DZ & AZ drivers, and provide general support to our logistics operations. The ability to stay organized and work independently is key, as priorities can shift day-to-day.

The work environment can be busy and fast-paced with changing priorities. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, work independently, and help keep things running smoothly—even when the plan changes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customs paperwork
  • Fleet vehicle licensing and registration
  • Daily creation of qualified routes for Driver pickups
  • Support daily dispatch coordination for DZ & AZ drivers
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Handle general administrative duties for the logistics team
  • Assist with other logistics-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using common office software and logistics tools
