About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused AP/AR Coordinator to join our team. If you're energized by working with numbers, creating and following structured financial processes, and working with fast-paced cross-functional departments we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and send A/R invoices
  • Post overhead A/P invoices and bulk oil settlements
  • Oversee restaurant accounting, including reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts as required
  • First follow-up on overdue A/R invoices
  • Overhead and restaurant A/P cheque and EFT payment runs
  • Credit card expense coding
  • Prepare vendor credit applications as requested by operations team
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Experience Required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-years experience with bookkeeping and/or full cycle accounting

Intermediate understanding of Excel (sum, IF, basic shortcuts, etc)

A GO-GETTER attitude!

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in Business Central
