Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations within our fabrication, welding, and packaging company. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: 404056 Union Road, Ingersoll, ON

Enter bills, invoices, and perform reconciliations using QuickBooks Online
Manage daily or weekly deposits and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain and update inventory records for customer packaging supplies
Answer phone calls and communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
Assist with chart of accounts setup and maintenance (asset)
Provide support for various administrative tasks as requested

Experience Required

Strong computer skills and basic technical knowledge
Accounting knowledge (billing, invoicing, reconciliations)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, honest, and dependable
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Valid driver’s license required
