Cross-Departmental Support and Coordination

Work with retail, wholesale, and schools teams to ensure production results are met
Report directly to and support the Operations Manager (Night-Shift)

Inventory Cross Training and Support

Work with the inventory team to ensure coverage in receiving, quality checks, and ERP management

Logistics Cross Training and Support

Cross train in logistics and Routific

Team Support and Training

Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring team members to ensure consistency in performance and alignment with the company's values

Health and Safety

Model and promote adherence to health and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment

Assist in Leading Continuous Improvement and Warehouse Cleanliness Initiatives

Experience Required

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in inventory management and retail operations.
Ability to provide training and development for team members.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Proficient in managing schedules and shift operations.
