Cross-Departmental Support and Coordination

  • Work with retail, wholesale, and schools teams to ensure production results are met
  • Report directly to and support the Operations Manager (Night-Shift)

Inventory Cross Training and Support

  • Work with the inventory team to ensure coverage in receiving, quality checks, and ERP management

Logistics Cross Training and Support

  • Cross train in logistics and Routific

Team Support and Training

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring team members to ensure consistency in performance and alignment with the company's values

Health and Safety

  • Model and promote adherence to health and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment

Assist in Leading Continuous Improvement and Warehouse Cleanliness Initiatives

Experience Required

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in inventory management and retail operations.
  • Ability to provide training and development for team members.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Proficient in managing schedules and shift operations.
