Job Description

 

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and motivated Seasonal Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. This role involves bartending, basic cooking and food preparation, and providing friendly, efficient service to our guests. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, multitask, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and Smart Serve regulations

Cook and prepare menu items following food safety and hygiene standards

Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and service areas

Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations

Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Smart Serve certification (required or willingness to obtain)

Food Handlers Certificate (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Previous bartending or food service experience is an asset

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

Strong customer service and communication skills

Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
