Job Description

Boston Pizza Woodstock is looking for a Closing Manager to oversee our evening operations, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Support the Team: Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Ensure guests receive top-notch service, handle any concerns professionally, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintain High Standards: Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and service expectations are met or exceeded.

Handle Nightly Closing Duties: Oversee end-of-night procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in bar or restaurant management
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment

 

Position Details:

Schedule: Thursday to Sunday (10-hour shifts)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Days Off: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Experience Required

Experience Requirements:

✔ Previous management or supervisory experience required
✔ Experience does not need to be in a restaurant or bar, though hospitality experience is considered an asset
✔ Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
✔ Comfortable making decisions, handling responsibility, and managing operations during busy periods
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership approach
