JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a JR Administrator to support our hiring and people initiatives. This is a junior role designed for someone interested in learning recruitment from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the hiring managers, gain hands-on experience, and enjoy a role that offers variety, teamwork, and opportunities to grow.

THE DAY TO DAY 

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest and fit
  • Help draft and post job ads on platforms like Indeed, Linked and other specialized boards
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in interviews alongside hiring managers
  • Assist with preparing offer letters and recruitment documentation
  • Maintain candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System 
  • Communicate with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Help develop creative ideas to attract candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Support career fairs, networking activities, and employer branding efforts
  • Pitch in where needed — including organizing materials, setting up events, or picking up pizza
  • Other administrative support as required.

  • Team player who’s happy to help with both big and small tasks

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range:$50,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually
