JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a JR Administrator to support HR systems, payroll processes, and day-to-day administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and learning how systems work — with plenty of variety built into the day.

Some days you’ll be focused on reports and data, and other days you might be organizing the HR storeroom or running out to grab pizza. No two days look exactly the same.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Support payroll processing and data accuracy in ADP
  • Assist managers with ADP reports
  • Maintain accurate employee files and digital records
  • Support HR data entry, tracking, and reporting
  • Help document and improve HR processes
  • Learn and support HR systems such as ADP, Workvivo, Shopify, and others
  • Assist with administrative programs (probation tracking, coverall programs, internal lists)
  • Help keep HR spaces and storage areas organized
  • Provide general administrative support as needed — including occasional errands or team support tasks
