Job Description

Reporting to the Premix Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Success Representative to join our Premix team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinate with logistics and production to ensure on time delivery and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  •  Processing customer orders in NetSuite. This includes verifying product, quantity, pricing, shipping dates and any other requests
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Production to ensure on time delivery 
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinate with others pallet returns, delays or customer claims
  • Provide excellent customer service while greeting and assisting clients and customers
  • Courier duties
  • Receiving, shipping and posting mail
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Running office errands if/when applicable
  • Other duties as requested by management.

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range:$50,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually
