Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

W-S Feed & Supplies Ltd. is an independently owned and operated company. As an industry leading manufacturer of livestock feed, the company is strongly committed to its values of quality and service. We offer our customers a wide variety of feeds in the Dairy, Beef, Swine and Poultry species. Manufacturing divisions with the company include Mount Forest and the head office located in Tavistock. We are currently hiring for the following positions at our Tavistock location:

We are seeking a detail-oriented customer service representative to join our order desk team and provide exceptional customer service and process orders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or walk-ins.
• Review and verify all order information for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and process orders into computer system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and distribute orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping information.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders and related documentation.
• Perform general office duties as required.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills to manage orders and paperwork efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers.
• Proficient in using computer software to enter orders accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

Must be able to work flexible hours to meet business demands and holiday coverage.
