Job Description

Company Overview

THK stands for Toughness, High Quality, and Know-how. Our manufacturing facility in Tillsonburg, ON delivers safety critical steering linkage and suspension components to many of the worlds best automotive manufacturers.

 

Summary

We are seeking University and College Students to join our production team from May to August. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and fabricated to meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required, including midnights, afternoons, and day shifts

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $22.00
