Produce Express, one of Woodstock’s fastest-growing, proudly Canadian-owned companies is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our team!

In this role, your main responsibility will be accurately putting away stock using power equipment, while maintaining organized inventory and supporting smooth warehouse operations. You’ll also help with receiving and quality checks to keep our products fresh and our customers satisfied.

Job responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and other power equipment to move, store, and organize inventory.
  • Accurately put away incoming stock following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Support receiving by unloading trucks, checking quality, and verifying quantities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.
  • Rotate stock, report damaged or expired goods, and ensure product integrity.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the team.

Experience Required

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification is a must
  • Experience using power equipment (e.g., reach truck, counterbalance, walkie).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
