Job Overview

Total Maintenance Solution is seeking an experienced Landscaper Lead and a Landscaper to join our team for the 2026 landscaping season. This role is based out of Woodstock, Ontario, with work performed at commercial properties throughout Southwestern Ontario.

 

Job Description – Landscaper Lead (Seasonal)

The Landscaper Lead is responsible for supervising landscaping crews and ensuring landscaping services are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This position requires hands-on participation in daily landscaping activities while overseeing crew members and coordinating work at multiple commercial properties.

The Landscaper Lead will be responsible for transporting crew members and equipment to service locations throughout Southwestern Ontario using a company vehicle. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.

 

Job Description – Landscaper (Seasonal)

The Landscaper is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of commercial properties through a variety of landscaping tasks. Working as part of a team, the Landscaper performs lawn care, property cleanups, and general landscaping duties to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

 

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Lead Experience Requirements 

- Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience required

- Previous crew lead experience is considered a strong asset

- Experience operating landscaping equipment including lawn tractors, hedge trimmers, weed trimmers, blowers, and other common landscaping tools

- Valid driver’s license required

- Must be able to drive a company vehicle to service locations throughout Southwestern Ontario

- Must be able to provide a driver’s abstract and criminal background check

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks

 

Landscaper Experience Requirements

- Minimum one full landscaping season of experience required

- Experience using landscaping equipment and tools such as lawn tractors, hedge trimmers, weed trimmers (weed whackers), and blowers

- Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labour

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

Landscape Lead

- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Company vehicle provided during working hours

- Full-time seasonal hours with the opportunity for overtime hours on weekends.

Landscaper

- $18 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Full-time seasonal hours

- Opportunity to gain experience and grow within the company

 

Both positions include:

Consistent seasonal employment starting on or around April 20, 2026

Wage Details

$18 - $25 per hour
