Job Overview

Total Maintenance Solution is seeking an experienced Landscaper Lead and a Landscaper to join our team for the 2026 landscaping season. This role is based out of Woodstock, Ontario, with work performed at commercial properties throughout Southwestern Ontario.

 

Job Description – Landscaper Technician (Seasonal)

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing commercial properties through a variety of landscaping and property maintenance services. Working as part of a team, this role involves performing hands-on landscaping duties while ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. Depending on experience and assigned responsibilities, the position may also involve supervising landscaping crew members, coordinating daily job site activities, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard across multiple commercial properties throughout Southwestern Ontario. Responsibilities include lawn care, property cleanups, trimming, edging, garden maintenance, debris removal, and other general landscaping duties. The Landscaper / Landscaper Lead may also be responsible for transporting crew members, tools, and equipment to and from job sites using a company vehicle. This position requires strong teamwork, reliability, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work in various outdoor weather conditions.

 

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Experience Requirements 

  • Previous landscaping experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate 
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment and tools including lawn tractors, hedge trimmers, weed trimmers (weed whackers), blowers, and other common landscaping equipment
  • Ability to safely operate landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Valid driver’s license required (G-Class)
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle to service locations throughout Southwestern Ontario
  • Must be able to provide a driver’s abstract and criminal background check
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding labour

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Information

- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Company vehicle provided during working hours

- Full-time seasonal hours with the opportunity for overtime hours on weekends.
