Job Description
The administrator is responsible for all necessary administrative services in connection with the Innerkip Senior Apartments, a non profit housing facility The administrator is responsible to the Innerkip Board of Directors
Duties included but not limited to
Rent Collection and bank deposit
Rental of units
Accounts payable and receivables
Monthly financial statements and reconciliation
Payroll,Canada Revenue remittances and tax forms
Budget preparation
Building Management
Education
Experience Required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Sage Accounting an asset
Part time position
20 hours per week with scheduled office hours
On call hours are expected
Monthly Board of Directors
Salaried position based on experience
