Job Description

Service and Parts Coordinator 

Location – Koolmees Equipment Inc. , Burgessville ON

Job Type – Part-time (24 hrs./week) could lead to full time

We are seeking an organized, detail oriented, independent Self-Starter to join our team as Service and Parts Coordinator. 

You will be responsible for streamlining our service department by scheduling technicians, sourcing necessary materials, managing parts and being the liaison between our customers and suppliers. 

Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination – Coordinate workorders and schedule maintenance

Parts Management – Order, receive, stock, ship and organize parts

Work Order – Open, update and close workorders with accurate documentation through our Shop Management Software (Shopview or similar program experience an asset but we will train, MS Office experience necessary).

Vendor Communication – Source Parts from Suppliers, Obtain Quotes, track delivery times. 

Customer Service -  Act as primary contact for service status updates, parts orders and other inquiries.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service and Parts Coordinator in a similar mechanical/technical environment.

Strong knowledge of Agricultural/Heavy Equipment & Diesel Engine Parts

Excellent Communication and organizational skills

Drivers License 

Compensation

$20-26/hr. depending on experience
