Volunteer Job Description
SMART -meaning Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together
Lead Participants through a series of safe and effective exercises that are adaptable to any fitness level.
Classes are one hour -warmup -cardio- balance -strength and endurance training -cool down-stretching
and Fall Prevention education
Volunteers are specially trained
Experience Required
CPR recommended
attend SMART training sessions
