We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Precast Finishing Labourer – Installation to join our growing installation team.

Position Overview

The Precast Finishing Labourer plays a key role in ensuring the final quality and appearance of installed precast concrete components. This position focuses on patching, caulking, fire-stopping, and detailed finishing work on-site.

You will work closely with the installation crew under the direction of the Finishing Supervisor to ensure all projects meet Stubbe’s high quality and safety standards.

This role requires travel to various job sites and the ability to work extended hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively as part of a precast installation crew
  • Apply caulking and patching to precast panels and joints
  • Perform fire caulking on commercial construction projects
  • Complete miscellaneous concrete patching and surface repairs
  • Ensure all finishing work meets quality specifications
  • Safely operate manlifts, swing stages, scaffolding, and related equipment
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and job site protocols
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Experience operating swing stages, manlifts, and scaffolding
  • Painting experience considered an asset
  • Caulking experience considered an asset
  • Available to work 45+ hours per week (Monday–Friday)
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

Wage Details

$24 - $27.6 per hour
