Job Description
Verdant is a landscape design, build, management company located in Ingersoll. We provide a range of services for our clientele to produce picturesque landscapes. We are currently looking for hard working, dedicated individuals to join our lawn maintenance crews.
Verdant pays workers a minimum of living wage+ depending on your skill set.
Position duties may include but not limited to;
Cutting grass (operating push mowers, zero turn mowers, line trimmers, and back pack blowers)
Garden care (weeding, pruning, installing mulch, and edging)
Spring and Fall cleanups (raking lawns)
Attributes for these positions:
Punctual (teams need to leave site on time)
Experience in landscaping.
Able to perform physical labour and operate light & heavy equipment.
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
Able to meet deadlines, problem solve and work well under pressure
High attention to detail
Team player
Safe work procedures
Able to get to shop location in Ingersoll
Full-time Seasonal with possible snow removal work in winter

Education
Experience Required
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
