Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Excavation Construction Laborer with tractor experience (a must) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support various construction activities.
- Load and unload materials as needed for ongoing projects.
- Assist in the installation of structures or fixtures as directed.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education
Experience Required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
