Job Description:
Verdant DBM Inc. is currently hiring a Skilled Interlock, Concrete, and Masonry Worker with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can contribute to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interlock pavers for driveways, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Form, pour, and finish concrete for a variety of applications
- Complete masonry work including stone, brick, and block installations
- Follow project plans and specifications
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as needed.
Education
Experience Required
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in interlock, concrete, and masonry
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to handle materials and tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Knowledge of job site safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
