Located in Harley, ON. (Between Brantford and Woodstock)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on AI Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, ideally in applied or industrial contexts. This role is a great opportunity for professionals looking to grow their expertise while contributing to AI initiatives that solve real-world manufacturing problems.

The AI Engineer will support the development, testing, and deployment of AI models within production systems. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong collaboration with operational and technical teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in developing or deploying AI/ML solutions, ideally in production or industrial environments.
  • Successfully contributed to two or more AI projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with environments like Google Colab or Jupyter.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to collaborative projects.
  • Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing setting.
