Job Description

Fast Track by Stubbe’s is redefining construction with an industrialized approach to building. From single-family homes to 12-storey mid-rise buildings, our system-driven method focuses on speed, efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability through repeatability and standardization. Join us as we disrupt traditional construction and help build the future—faster.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Construction Innovation Strategist to lead the evolution of our Fast Track building system. This role will be pivotal in advancing industrialized construction practices, refining building methodologies, and championing innovation in structural systems from design through installation.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Lead Innovation & Development:
Drive the advancement of the Fast Track system—identify inefficiencies, evaluate new materials, and optimize workflows across design, manufacturing, and site installation.
  • Systemize Construction:
Standardize and simplify construction processes with a focus on modularity, repeatability, and scalability from single-family homes to 4–12 storey developments.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with engineering, operations, project managers, sales, and field crews to align design, manufacturing, and construction phases into a seamless process.
  • Analyze & Improve:
Conduct reviews of current construction methods and propose data-backed improvements that reduce waste, cut costs, and speed up delivery.
  • Drive Market Adoption:
Act as an ambassador for the Fast Track ideology—educate internal teams, clients, and partners on system benefits and best practices.
  • Prototype & Pilot:
Lead the testing and rollout of new products or process innovations in pilot projects before scaling.
