MAIN DUTIES:

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, administers medications and treatments, assesses, documents, and assists with resident care, and reviews, updates and evaluates resident care plans. Possesses the ability and the passion to support person centred care and change the culture of aging in long term care. Performs all duties in accordance with the organization’s mission, vision, and value statements.

 


 

 

Education

Post Secondary Degree

Experience Required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current registration in Ontario with the College of Nurses.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Ability to operate office equipment, such as a fax machine and photocopier, as well as possess basic computer skills.
  • Ability to travel to all 3 sites.
