Night Shift - 
Full-Time - Expected hours: 4- 12 hour shifts
Location: Harley, Ontario

$3.50 Shift premium

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Plant 1 Manager, the Yard Operator is responsible for the loading and unloading of finished products. Occasional Saturdays are required.  

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Work in an organized and safe manner according to the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) and company policies
  • Operate specialized equipment including, forklift, shunt truck and overhead gantry crane
  • Load and unload precast concrete, using appropriate stacking methods
  • Follow loading instructions according to provided paperwork
  • Use hoisting and rigging equipment according to the OHSA and company procedures
  • Responsible for the placement and security of products to ensure safe transportation
  • Other duties as requested by management
